ProctorEdu LLC is the sole owner of the SaaS product for automatic proctoring service (hereinafter "platform"). The Privacy Policy (hereinafter "the policy") provided below is with respect to our use and protection of any personal information/data you provide to us through our platform. The Policy is applicable to all products of ProctorEdu. You may be required to provide personally identifiable information at several different points on our platform. ProctorEdu is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of other web sites to which you might be linked to from the platform. When you register with ProctorEdu you must provide a minimum of your legal name, email address and password. You can choose to provide further information like Date of Birth, Education, Professional Experience, Contact and Telephone numbers, Demographics and Behavioral information. You understand by registering with ProctorEdu, we are able to identify you and you allow ProctorEdu to use this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and User Agreement. We use the information we gather on the platform for the purposes of providing our services, responding to any queries you may have, operating and improving the platform, fostering a positive user experience and delivering the products and services that we offer. Please note that we cannot control the acts of users of the Services. (B) Non-Personal information

There may be other instances in which we collect information from you that is more general in nature ("general information"). Such information may include information recorded by our server logs from your browser such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address (which enables us to identify your computer or device on a Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) network like the internet), and the specific webpage you requested. Such general information, including the click stream data and cookies, as mentioned below, may be collected from you whenever you access or use the ProctorEdu service, whether or not you provide us with any other personal information. When you use the ProctorEdu service we may collect "click stream data" (server address, domain name, etc.). As a service provider for educational institutions, we share information protected by FERPA, including student ID numbers and course information, only with outside parties that are deemed school officials with a legitimate educational interest, or otherwise in accordance with our Privacy Policy and FERPA regulations (34 C.F.R. part 99).
